About Us

Kurdistan Regional -Iraq Commission of Integrity is an independent body responsible for fighting corruption in the Kurdistan Region.

It will be under the supervision of parliament. Law No. 3 of 2011, as amended by Law No. 7 of 2014, regulates the work of this Commission.

 1. Establishing an effective mechanism to enforce the principle of the rule of law.

2. Preventing corruption phenomena and supporting the principles of transparency and accountability within the interactions of the Region’s institutions through legal procedures. 

3. Implementing necessary legal measures to protect against corruption.

4. Adopting professional standards to evaluate and enhance performance in public institutions while eliminating unnecessary bureaucracy.

5. Establishing and evaluating professional conduct, ensuring accountability during the execution of public services, in accordance with laws and procedures that prohibit corruption.
